Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises

I cannot believe there is an opportunity to combine my knowledge of grantwriting, business strategy, product development, and technical skills. Include in that a healthy dose of marketing experience and user research (interviews, surveys, testing), and it's almost like an entire business is springing to life.

However this turns out, it's nice to put myself out there and tackle this opportunity. It's a good test of what I know and how I can adapt. It will be fun to parlay everything into this latest venture.

I certainly do not feel like I "graduated" from technical project management–especially since I only accepted that role / path for a short time to boost my management chops with technical teams. Turns out, I am pretty great at working with engineers to get work done. Even the opinionated engineers can respect me–I trust them, but I want more from them. It starts with a lot of trust though.

It still feels like I am on the precipice of something dramatic, but I am so ready for it to start.
